If your desired item/s is listed as “Email for Availability” means we don’t have the item in stock, but we can produce them on request, for example ‘.303/22 Sprinter’.
With this, please send an email to us enquiring about the number of and the manufacture time along with a postal address and we will reply back with the availability, price and time; and once the order/ items are close to being finished we’ll then send your invoice.

You may email us inquiring about an item listed as out of stock, we’ll reply back with a projected time on when the item/s will be back in stock.

How to buy items listed on our for sale page.
Items that are not firearms (items such as Vickers Cloth ammo Belts, web gear, helmets or bayonets) won’t be restricted by your location.
Please email us to let us know you wish to buy it with a postal address so we can send you back an invoice.
We are a Licenced Firearm Dealer in Queensland, there are certain requirements that must be met for the sale. (Western Australia, see limitations below. Sales of firearms within Australia Only, NO sales to international customers.)
Please email us… This email MUST have:
- A clear scan or photo of your firearms Licence
- Details of your local firearms dealer we can transfer the firearm to.
We will contact your local Firearms dealer to make arrangements to transfer the firearm and then formulate an invoice that we will email to you (at this stage you can put in your Permit to Acquire from your firearm dealer.
Once we have received payment, we will transfer your item to your dealer and from there you’ll have to wait till your PTA is finalised.
No sales of firearms will be made if:
- If you can’t produce a current (in date) firearms licence with the correct category required (ie: you only have a Category A Licence and you try to buy a Category B rifle we are selling).
- If a firearms dealer cannot be arranged for the transfer.
Limitations
Western Australia Customers.
WA customers please consult your local firearms dealer and/ or WAPOL to see what the requirements or approvals are needed for you and us for sending our item/s under the new import restrictions in place by the WA Police.

International Customers.
Please check with your relevant Authorities for import documentation and regulations.

Export paperwork for projectiles and or cartridge cases is needed for us to ship items overseas. We will only send directly to a dealer and orders over quantities of 500 or more (An approved copy of your selected dealers import paperwork and along with an issued dealers’ licence from your selected dealer will be needed for our Defence Export Controls and Australian Border Force export applications).
No sales of firearms to international customers.
Terms & Conditions
- Minimum Order Quantities are 50 for Formed Rifle Cases, and 50 for Formed Pistol Cases, 500 For Military Once-Fired Brass & for Military Processed Brass, or as noted.
- Prices are inclusive of GST, & (additional) Postage anywhere in Australia is according to Aust. Post rates. The most economical way of ordering for Postal cost is in lots of 100 cartridge cases, or greater (Up to 20 Kg Total Mass).
- Use is made of 3kg and 5kg Aust. Post Satchels for economical, Fast Postage. Parcels over 5 kg are sent Parcel Post rates (Max. 20kg.)
- These travel by Toll NQX Transport, Depot to Depot (Business addressee Delivery Only.) Personal deliveries can be picked up at NQX Depot in major cities.

Returns and Defects Policy
Where a defect arises in a cartridge case, from an AVB manufacture-related cause, AV Ballistics will replace the defective item free of charge; but as AV Ballistics acquires its cartridge brass from both New manufacture and also Military Surplus, no responsibility can be taken by AVB as to the way the Purchasor or User reloads the cartridge case or how it is then utilised, especially if the defect arises due to Handloader error or ignorance, or to an inherent defect from its original manufacturer, or to a defect in the firearm in which such reloaded cartridge is used.

- Customers should follow good reloading procedures and safe gun use practices.

- AV Ballistics can supply guidance and reference to appropriate texts as to correct loads for particular formed cartridge cases, given they are not Factory original manufacture, but formed from other cases.
